Nana comes to visit

Nana came to visit us this past weekend. You had the best time with her. She keep you entertained the whole weekend. You loved when she read books to you-I think she read almost all of your books-which is a whole lot. Thanks Nana for coming to see us.In the picture of you and your Daddy - you are saying Bye! Bye! You say it all the time! Does that mean we are always going, going and going???

Drivers Beware

You got two Dora Cars for Christmas from your Grandparents. One is a VW bug that is electric and the other is a cozy coupe. You love both of them, but the cozy coupe is about to kill us because we can't get the roof on it-we have already taken back one and exchanged it for another...so it is partially put together until we either take this one back again or figure out how to get the roof on (any suggestions out there?) You finally figured out how to push the pedal on the VW bug and it is quite comical - since you don't put your hands on the steering wheel and just go.

Fun City

You had such a fun time at Fun City with all of your friends. You especially loved the balls and did NOT want to get out. You also enjoyed riding the rides and walking around everywhere. It was great to see everyone!

Yeah!! Blakely is potty trained!

The past few weeks Blakely has been wearing big girl Dora panties all day and even at nap time. She tells us all the time when she has to go potty. She has had one or two accidents, because she couldn't get her pants down fast enough. She still is wearing pull ups at night, but most nights she does stay dry. We are so proud of her and so happy that we only have to buy Lilly diapers.

Blakely's Portraits-Almost 2 1/2

When I took Lilly to get her 3 month portraits I wanted to get one of the two girls together-that didn't happen. Lilly was getting too tired. (I even had the matching outfits. ughh...) So Blakely wanted to take pictures by herself. I think they make her look so much older than what she is or maybe I still want her to be my little Blakely.

will and the girls

Will came over to see all the girls Blakely, Caroline and Olivia Grace. It was good to see you Kerri!!! We all had a good time visiting and watching the kids play.

My Ice Cream

You had your very own ice cream cone during the holiday. It was a baby cone from Shaky's. You ate every bit of it. Darby and Zach were in the back making sure you didn't spill any on you.

Our Weekend

We went to MO this weekend to see your Grandpa and Nana. You had a good time seeing all the family. We went to Stephanie and Jacob's wedding reception on Saturday night. You had SO much fun walking around with your red balloon. It was so good to see all of the Pope family.

Blakely and Madison

You finally got to meet Madison. I was so excited that the two of you finally got to meet. You had lots of fun shopping together. Mrs. Martha and I have been friends since we were 2 or 3. Maybe one day we can live close to each other so you could play with each other all the time.
