My First Easter

Sorry to all of you out there who read Blakely's blog often. Our computer is having issues and I haven't been able to post. I won't be able to add pictures until we get a new hard drive, which I hope will be soon. So check back later for pictures. Blakely you had a wonderful first Easter. Your Nana and Grandpa came to visit. They loved being able to see how much you have grown in such a short time. We spent a lot of time outdoors and enjoying the warm weather. Thanks Nana and Grandpa for the books. Blakely loves them. Easter morning we went to church. They had an Easter egg hunt during Sunday school. We put you on a blanket and gave you some eggs to play with. I'm sure next year you will be running around trying to get your own eggs. You looked so cute! When we got home we gave you your Easter basket. You loved all of your stuff except this fish that encourages crawling by moving around on the floor. It really scared you. If it makes you feel any better Jeb doesn’t like it either. Blakely one day you will know the true meaning of why we celebrate Easter. It is such an important day for your Dad and I and I hope that it will be important to you when you begin learning about what a great savior we have in Jesus! We love you Blakely!
