Fishing Trips

Blakely has gone several times this year fishing already with her Daddy! She loves going and catching fish! I'm so happy they are going to have these memories to share with each other.

On St. Patrick's Day we headed to LR for my mom's surgery(she is doing well now). The girls got to spend sometime with their Uncle Kenny.

I need a bigger castle!

Lilly LOVES to sit or stand in the castle! I think our little princess might need a bigger castle.

We Love Dirt! Mommy Doesn't!

The girls have spent a lot of time outside lately due to the nice warm weather we have been having-except for today. They actually got into an old flower pot and started playing in the dirt. They were a mess, especially Lilly! They both had to have two baths.

I've been horrible about blogging about what is going on lately. Daniel and have spent a couple of weekends together just us-which has been nice. The girls stayed once at my parents and then Nana came down another weekend to watch the girls. I've also been busy with making cards, etc... so a lot of my free time goes to that. I'm ready for the weather to stay warm so we can spend lots of time outdoors. I promise I will start to be better about blogging. I just think that I have to have a picture to post. hahaha

Valentine's Day

We had a wonderful Valentine's Day. The girls woke up to some yummy heart pancakes and buckets from Whimsy Tin filled with V-day goodies. That night we all went to the Nutts house for pizza and a delicious cookie cake. I was so excited that my wonderful friend Rhonda and part of her family were able to come. They were taking their oldest girl to a gymnastics meet and were able to come over and hang out. It was so great seeing them. I forgot my camera and hopefully I will get pictures from either Sara or Rhonda from that night. It was a fun night!!

Valentine Party 2009

Today we had a Valentine Party at the Boyd's House. The girls had a great time with all of their friends. They enjoyed eating way too much food, especially the sweets and getting valentines. The girls LOVE their friends so it was great day spending time with them.

Potato Stamps

The other day Blakely and I sat down to do a Valentine art project that I had got from Hobby Lobby. Well it was not working out for us, so I saw something on another blog about potato stamps. So I got out our potatoes and made Blakely some stamps. She had a fun time doing her art project.

They aren't pretty, but Blakely had fun using them as stamps.

Cousin Visit

Last Saturday my cousin Shelley and her family came to stay with us on their way back from Branson. It was so great seeing them. Growing up Shelley and I were inseparable. We were only 2 days apart and born in the same hospital. As we have gotten older and have started on our families it is hard to see each other. Even though it was a short visit we had a great time, especially our kids.

Spaghetti Night

The other night we had spaghetti and it was Lilly's first experience with it. It's not that we didn't let her have it earlier than now its just I haven't made it in forever. She LOVED it. She had to have two baths. The first bath she left a ring of spaghetti sauce around the tub. Blakely is not a big fan of spaghetti, but finally gave in and ate some. B keep telling me "I want clean spaghetti." B is a pasta girl, but likes stuff plain. Silly girl...
